Remember a 1970s song called "Cats in the Cradle"? It was recorded by singer / songwriter Harry Chapin. Harry is one of my favorite artists and one of my favorite songs is "Short Stories". Looking back, he describes his life as a series of short stories. Using this same train of thought, certain life events really should be professionally photographed.

When should we get family photographs?

    Weddings, maternity sessions, newborn session, babies (at 3mos, 6mos, 9mos. and 1 year), families (at different seasons of the year), children (at graduation from kindergarten, elementary school, high school and college), families (before the children leave for college and again before they get married). And, when your children get married, the cycle continues into the next generation.
